SMS Terms
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These terms govern the Dineora Alerts text-message program operated by Earthprem, LLC under the brand Dineora. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. The program
Dineora Alerts sends restaurant owners the messages they need to run the website we built for them: the single-use link to their account, the verification code they ask for when they sign in, reminders while the website is still waiting to go live, and notifications about their website and their orders. It is not a marketing list, and it carries no advertising for anyone else.
2. How you join
You join in one of three ways, and never any other:
- by checking the consent box on dineora.io/sms;
- by submitting one of our lead forms on Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok, which states before you submit that we will use your contact information to create your account, send you access to your website and dashboard, and provide setup and service-related communications. Those platforms limit what we may print inside their form, so the complete program disclosure — frequency, cost, STOP and HELP — is the one on this page and on dineora.io/sms;
- by entering your mobile number in your Dineora account and asking us to use it.
We never buy, rent or import phone numbers, and we never add a number that was given to us by someone other than its owner.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. In practice you receive one to five messages around your signup, then a message only when something happens on your account — a new order, an expiring link, a website that has just gone live. We send no recurring campaign and no scheduled newsletter by text.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Dineora never charges you for a message, and the service itself is free to start.
5. Stopping the messages
How you stop depends on where the message reached you. This is what works today:
- On WhatsApp, reply STOP to any message. We stop immediately and send one final confirmation, and that number receives no more reminders or offers from us, by text or on WhatsApp.
- By text message, a reply does not reach us yet: in most
countries our texts come from a sender name that cannot receive replies, and we
do not yet read the replies that do get through. Replying STOP to a text
therefore stops nothing today. Instead, every reminder or tip we send by text
ends with a short link,
app.dineora.io/s/…: open it and tap the button, and they stop, by text and on WhatsApp. You can also switch them off in your Dineora account, under Communications. - Everything, on every channel: email info@dineora.io and we remove your number the same day, notifications about your orders included.
A verification code or a sign-in link that you request yourself is always sent, since you have just asked for it. Opting out of text messages does not close your account, does not take down your website, and does not stop the emails you asked for.
To rejoin, switch messages back on under Communications in your account, check the box again on dineora.io/sms, or write to us.
6. Help
Email info@dineora.io: a person answers. On WhatsApp you can also reply HELP to any message. Replies to text messages do not reach us yet (see section 5).
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and on your device; we cannot guarantee that a message arrives. That is why every access link we send by text is also sent by email.
8. Supported carriers
The program works on the major carriers in the countries where we operate, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile and Google Voice in the United States. Carrier support may change without notice.
9. Your data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Your number is passed only to the messaging providers that deliver the message on our behalf, and only for that delivery.
We keep, for each consent: the exact wording displayed, the page it was given on, the date and time, and the network address. We keep that record for as long as your account exists, and afterwards for as long as we may be asked to prove the consent — that is the whole point of keeping it.
Everything else is in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and a change that affects what we send you is announced in your Dineora account before it takes effect.
