SMS Program & Opt-In
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Dineora builds and hosts websites for restaurants. When an owner asks us for one, we text them the link to their account and the few messages it takes to get the website live — nothing else.
This page is where you agree to those text messages, or decline them. It is also the page our messaging providers and the mobile carriers review.
1. Who is sending the messages
Earthprem, LLC, operating the service under the brand Dineora, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (United States) on November 12, 2023, with its registered office at 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States.
Website: dineora.io · Support: info@dineora.io · Program name: Dineora Alerts.
2. Ask for your free website
These are the same questions we ask in our ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok. Answer them and we build your website: your menu, your photos, online ordering, pickup and delivery, with no commission.
The box is optional, and it is not pre-checked. Leave it unchecked and we still build your website — we simply send your access link by email only, and your phone number is never texted. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of getting the website, and we never charge for the service.
3. What the program sends
| Program name | Dineora Alerts |
|---|---|
| Who receives messages | Restaurant owners who asked us to build their website, on the number they gave us |
| What we send | The single-use link to your account, the verification code you ask for when you sign in, reminders while your website is still waiting to go live, and notifications about your website and your orders |
| Message frequency | Message frequency varies. In practice, one to five messages around your signup, then only when something happens on your account. We do not send recurring campaigns. |
| Cost | Msg & data rates may apply. Dineora never charges you for a message. |
| Opt out | Reply STOP to any message |
| Help | Reply HELP, or email info@dineora.io |
| Carriers | Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages |
4. What the messages look like
Real examples, with the parts that change written in brackets. Links always
point to dineora.io or app.dineora.io — we never use a
public link shortener.
- Dineora: Hi [First name], your account for [Restaurant name] is ready. Open it here: [https://app.dineora.io/demarrer#t=xxxxx]. The link works once and lasts 72 hours. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
- Dineora: [First name], your website for [Restaurant name] still needs one click to go live: [https://app.dineora.io/demarrer#t=xxxxx]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
- Dineora: your website [restaurant-name.dineora.io] is live. Add your photos and your menu here: [https://app.dineora.io/demarrer#t=xxxxx]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
- Dineora: your verification code is [123456]. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply HELP for help.
The last one is a one-time passcode you asked for by trying to sign in. Like every verification code, it carries no promotion and is sent only at the moment you request it.
5. Stopping the messages
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately; you get one confirmation and nothing after that. You can also write to info@dineora.io and we remove your number the same day. Stopping the messages never stops your website, and never closes your account.
For help, reply HELP or email info@dineora.io.
6. Your phone number
Your mobile number is used to send you the messages described above, and for nothing else. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy; the program rules are in our SMS Terms.
When you check the box, we keep a record of it: the exact sentence printed next to the box, the address of this page, the date and time, and the network address you sent it from. That record is what lets us show, months later, that you agreed — and to what.
